What is Shiro-Abhyanga?
Shiro-Abhyanga or Indian Head Massage (IHM) has been an integral part of Indian family life since time began. It has a noble lineage, as it is a part of the ancient Ayurveda. Renowned as the antidote for stress, anxiety, depression and tension, it is a safe, simple non-invasive yet effective clothed treatment. The treatment embodies areas of the upper back, shoulders, arms, neck, scalp, face and ears.
Shiro-Abhyanga is an Ayurveda Bodywork Modality
Ayurveda is currently enjoying much popularity in deluxe health spas and cutting-edge holistic centres globally. It is the world’s first inscribed system for health management – it stems from the eternal Vedas from India. Shiro-Abhyanga is exclusive to Ayurveda and is one of the most unique therapies available for reducing stress and enhancing cellular intelligence and immunity. Prevention based Ayurveda encourages non-invasive and safe treatments that can be a part of a good health maintenance programme.
Who will lead the Training Workshop?

It aids relief for stress related headache, migraine, back, shoulder, neck stiffness, whiplash, frozen shoulder and relief from repetitive strain injury (RSI), which create feelings of relaxation and facilitates the release of deeply seated emotions and bring balance to Chakra-Nadi-Prana-Marma matrix.
